Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing
Work effectively with young people so they can grow
and thrive.
What’s Happening in the Youth Mental Health Space?
Around 50% of people develop their first mental health problem before the age of 15, and up to 75% develop their first episode of illness before the age of 25.
Only half of these young people are reaching out.
The whole youth mental health area stems out of an awareness that young people are experiencing these issues and we need to reach out to them so it doesn’t impact other areas of their lives and have long-term consequences,
moving forward.
Equip yourself with the latest insights and techniques to understand and address the mental health challenges faced by young people. Dive into the crucial sphere of wellbeing, a rapidly evolving aspect in educational and health settings, and gain tools to promote holistic wellness. Discover the intersection of faith and mental health, and learn how to seamlessly integrate these concepts into your vocation.

Young people are always changing, learning and wanting to grow. I think we can make a huge change in people’s lives if we intervene at a young age and help change the trajectory of their life, equipping them for challenges up ahead of them.
