The Graduate Certificate in Arts award is composed of 4 units of 6 credit points completed over 0.5 years full-time equivalent (24 credit points in total).
Students undertaking this award are required to complete:
Students must complete at 6 credit points in the core unit.
Students must complete at least 18 credit points in an area of specialisation in a field of study (eg Counselling, Youth Studies, Higher Education).
All applicants will be required to meet Eastern’s General Entry Requirements.
Applicants must meet the English language requirements.

Students who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Arts specialising in Christian Foundations may continue to Eastern’s Master of Practical Theology.
Students who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Arts specialising in Counselling who need to demonstrate the ability to study at the appropriate level may continue to Eastern’s Master of Community Counselling.
